We met Jay today for our first consultation. One of our dogs usually goes ballistic when a strange man comes in the house but she basically rolled over within ten minutes for a tummy tickle! I know he is a dog trainer but the effect he had was nothing short of magic! I am very much looking forward to working with Jay going forward and learning how to be a better dog owner.

Very friendly, very thorough, talking us through our dog’s behaviour and tips and tricks, suggested the 3 things we should be working on with her! and wasn’t pushy and made us feel very confident and at ease. have already booked our next session!
